Dr. Brown currently serves as a professor at Virginia University of Lynchburg. His passion for leadership includes speaking at high school graduations as well as lecturing at colleges and universities. Steadfast in service, he directed the Links Intercultural Leadership Summer Program and acted as Co-Chairperson for the African American Affinity Group. Dr. Brown received the Commitment to Service Award in 2025.
