This achievement reflects her passion to challenge stereotypes and redefine norms. Nadine most recently founded Aspiring Heads, a multi-award winning social enterprise that challenges racial disparities within education in the UK. Her work has provided impactful and affordable leadership development for black educators, along with access to culturally competent networks that helps to elevate the next generation of black leaders. Being highly skilled in executive coaching, and fuelled with a passion to support and mentor, she never fails to motivate and inspire others. Nadine is currently Headteacher of a Primary School in South-West London, part of Dunraven Educational Trust. A peer said: “Nadine’s drive, dedication and passion for education is infectious.
