Nadine is currently Headteacher of a Primary School in South-West London, part of Dunraven Educational Trust. A peer said: “Nadine’s drive, dedication and passion for education is infectious. She is a trial blazer in the community helping to support professionals within the education system in positions of leadership to reach their full potential despite. Helping to break through barriers of inequality. Nadine is a role model to educational leaders from ethnic minorities wanting to break the glass ceiling.” Nadine continues to receive accolades for her contribution to education and has been awarded the Business Woman Education to Watch Badge of Honour 2022, Excellent Yummy Mummy Award 2023 and winning Best Mentor of the Year at the FUTURE ED Awards 2024.
