Reviews

"""Once again author Alan E. Losure captivates readers with a murder mystery filled with the color of the Indiana county that he lives in himself. You Only Die Twice is set, as most of Losure's novels are, in the early 20th century amid the cornfields and gas boom that is part of Grant County's actual history. The style is easy to read and immensely entertaining. The reader can get lost in this historical fiction mystery as characters come alive. Just the latest of Losure's novels, it fits perfectly with the library of works he has written over the years. This book, like all of his previous works, leaves the reader looking forward to his next novel."" Dr. D. R. Osborne, Jr. (author of The Probable Future: You Can Predict it and You Can Change it and You Can't Fall Out of a Hole: Ripping the Band-Aid Off of Our Addiction Epidemic)"

Author Information

Alan E. Losure is a Hoosier author who enjoys writing historical fiction novels set in small local towns, allowing his readers to feel what it was like to walk the brick-laid streets of the 1890's. Those were simpler times compared to today's hustle and bustle. Still, our ancestors experienced all the pain and suffering we deal with today but lacked our modern tools in criminal investigation. Alan is happily married and lives in Gas City with his charming wife Susan, and their mischievous, early-morning alarm cat Sophie.
