A master of sound effects and sound mixing, composer, director, and writer, Roy Finch has seen the film industry from many different roles. He began his career at American Zoetrope, Francis Ford Coppola's production company, working on The Secret Garden and Dracula. His credits also include scoring music for film and television, as well as a directorial debut in 2003 for his feature film Wake, which earned him the ""Best Director"" award at the Queens International Film Festival. Finch is a film professor at Chapman University, Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. Born and raised in Spain, Andrs de la Torre began his career as a TV editor and composer for independent films and advertising. Andrs' music earned international recognition in 2010, when his scoring of the documentary Disney: Through the Looking Glass won him a Jerry Goldsmith Film Music Award for Best Soundtrack. Andrs moved to California in 2010 to pursue a career in postproduction. As an editor, he's worked on Knight of Cups and To the Wonder, assisting director Terrence Malick's editorial team. As a sound designer, Andrs' growing list of narrative and documentary credits includes the cutting-edge virtual-reality series Defrost by director Randal Kleiser, where he and his team collaborated in the Dolby Laboratories and pioneered using Dolby Atmos technology within a virtual-reality format. Andrs teaches at the Los Angeles Film School and is a part-time lecturer at Chapman University.
