He was studying multiple Yoga styles and grew up in Belgium, the capital of Europe. The author is a real world citizen and likes to get new influences from all over the world. The author loves to do research about the different Yoga styles to implement them in the Yoga classes and help people to find the best Yoga style that fits them. Meditation has helped him gain control over his mind and live a stress-free, more productive, healthy and happier life. Sammy enjoys seeing the wonderful improvements in peoples lives through yoga. He loves to help people with this new lifestyle and guide them through this healthy journey. The author is always willing to help people to become happier and healthier.
