Since March 2006, he has cochaired the Iraq Study Group. Baker is also the author of The Politics of Diplomacy: Revolution, War and Peace, 18981992 and a 1991 recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom. He lives in Houston, Texas. Steve Fiffer is the author, coauthor, or editor of fourteen books, including Tyrannosaurus Sue. In 2001, he was the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship. He lives in Evanston, IL.
