Author Information

Mark Baker has always been fascinated by wood. His father was a carpenter and joiner and, on leaving school, he served a five-year apprenticeship working for a local building firm, which included restoration work. Mark has also helped set up an industrial workshop for autistic adults and he has worked for some of the major manufacturers of woodturning tools in the UK. He lives in Essex.
