The title of the book says it all! Like this book lots. Excellent resource for learning how to get comfortable using a wood pellet grill. Especially liked the section on rubs, mops, and sauces. Excellent book Being brand new to being a pellet grill owner this book walks you through it. Tells you the terminology of pellet grilling, safety tips, recipes for rubs, injector fluids, brine, and for food you'll actually BBQ. Great book for an excellent price point. Flame broil your food This book discusses the do's and don'ts of using a pellet wood smoker and the different types of pellets use. You can add different flavorings to the meat just by smoking them and using different flavor wood pellets. There are so many recipes for pork, chicken and steak. Along with fish and vegetables. Plus this book gives you some great tips and tricks, for using a wood pellet smoker. Smoker and grill cooking There are all kinds of meats, fish and poultry that can be smoked or grilled on this type of smoker/grill. Using the correct wood pellets to enhance the flavors will be an added bonus. This cookbook provides details on cuts of meat, rub recipes and details of the pellets and the smoker grill.
