Kerrie Hanafin ran 'A Woman's Touch', a building company employing 20 staff, 17 of whom were women. She made the decision to start the business after one particularly shoddy tiling company had visited her home. She won the NatWest Businesswoman of the Year Award in 2006, and the BT Female Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2007. She divides her time between homes in Hampshire and Spain.
