Kettles has been a staff physician at the Cooper Clinic since 1998 and served five years on active duty in the US Navy as a physician. As director of Behavioural Science and Health Promotion at the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Brenda S. Wright consulted with individuals and groups to develop comprehensive well-being programmes. Clients included major corporations schools, US government agencies and hospitals. Wright has developed and delivered numberous certification training programmes and manuals for health professionals. Colette Cole has a Master of Science degree and is a fitness co-ordinator and personal trainer at the Cooper Fitness Centre.
