Overview

An old fashioned adventure tale that follows the treasure seeking path of renowned female archeologist, Alexa Reid. On her journey in the South Pacific, she teams up with an ex-Navy flyer that uses a seaplane for his charter business. The first time I read Wings of the Pirate, I had just visited islands off the coast of Australia and it made me long to return to tropical waters.
