OverviewIn Win-Win Deal Making: Lessons from the Road, Erik Richer La Flèche, a seasoned lawyer, provides deal making insights learned over four decades while negotiating in jurisdictions as varied as Japan, Indonesia, China, India, Sri Lanka, Laos, Bolivia, Cuba, France, Algeria, Chad, Botswana, and Djibouti, to name but a few. Most deals involved large projects: infrastructure, basic industry and natural resources, but the lessons learned are applicable to all manner of transactions whether big or small. The many anecdotes and examples scattered throughout the book provide context and colour and help the reader remember and apply the lessons.
