His writing has caught the attention of Focus on the Family who subsequently published one of his articles and has contracted for another article. besides writing, Bob owns a Christmas tree farm in Chehalis, Washington (just south of Olympia, Washington), has pastored a church, worked at a Christian retreat center, and worked in the field of aviation. Bob and his wife, Sherry of twenty-seven-years, have four children. He is an active member of the Foursquare Church."
