She is an Automobile Claims Specialist, by profession and a published author by chance and gift. She has over thirty-six years in the insurance claims business. While working in the insurance industry, she was able to obtain my Senior Claims Law Designation, and became a certified Subrogation Arbitrator, for the State of New Jersey, along with several other certificates and accolades.
