He is an international occupational safety engineer and has conducted extensive and groundbreaking research in fire safety, chemical safety, explosions, health, and environment protection. I walked barefoot to school over dirt, rocks, and even tarmac roads in temperatures so hot that the tar would melt to the soles of my feet. My school was held under a Tamarind tree. There were no four walls, no roof. That is the life I came from. But passion is powerful, and we make a life by what we give to others. These are the kinds of stories I would be happy to tell you.
