Joe Eastman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources, profit center management, and consulting. His career spans the public and private sectors. Joseph has provided broad based strategic human resource consulting services to a variety of manufacturing, technology, and service businesses. He has served as Vice President of Human Resources & Administration for a leading radio technology company, and has headed the human resources programs for a major regional utility. As part of his diversified career he has also managed and grown a multi-million dollar service business. He holds a bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota. He has held a variety of leadership roles in the human resource profession, including service as President of the Twin Cities Personnel Association. Joseph Eastman is currently a Vice President at LeaderSource, a nationally recognized executive coaching consulting firm. He also serves on The Board of Directors of a Minneapolis-based manufacturing company and is a Fellow in the International Association of Career Management Professionals. He lives with his wife and children in Plymouth, Minnesota, near his beloved Lake Minnetonka where he loves to write new memoirs and biographies.
