Western Ideologies at a Crossroads: How to Save the World and Its People

Overview

In Western Ideologies at a Crossroads, we discussed Western values and beliefs spread around the world and how they have come to shape everyone. However, as argued in this book, the acceptance of Western value spreads has not come as easily as it seems, as they have been very contentious in developing economies because simply the West has branded itself as racially and economically dominant. So this has complicated matters. As called for, the West relatively reduced its superiority complex, which would help to better connect with non-Western nations. As such thought has been cemented, there have been continuous clashes of beliefs. As it has been argued, the West has some of the best economic and social applications, so what is needed here is that it creates very relaxed ideological concepts that enable its wealth and success to spread around the world. As some parts of the world have gotten richer while some have gotten poorer, what is very important is that we understand ideologies. By the way, ideology has gotten to do with people's belief systems. When ideologies are well understood, broken communities begin to be prepared in all their forms. As I discuss the West, I also discuss Africa's and Asia's values in terms of how the world is being conditioned. Saving our world and its people begins when our beliefs are changed to reflect the communities. In any community, it is very important to have ideology, but the forms and tones of ideologies are all worthy of understanding, which is what this book has done.
