Author Information

Yolande Green has been an instructor in the fitness industry for more than a decade, teaching aerobics, step, spinning, body condiioning and Pilates. She is currently studying for a masters in health and fitness. Yolande is the company director of te Schools' Fitness Advisory Service, a training company for exercise teachers in secondary schools, and also serves as a presenter and tutor for the Pilates Institute. She has run many successful exercise and education groups, and has given presentations at fitness conventions and workshops around the world.
