OverviewExcerpt from Weekly Station Reports of the Division of Dry Land Agriculture, Bureau of Plant Industry: May 1933 Agronomy The past week has been cold, raw, windy, and dry. The week was cloudy for the most part. Small grains are up but are growing slowly. The cool weather is no doubt a favorable condition without rain. The delayed date of wheat seeding was done late in the week. Seed blocks for corn were plowed as well as the block for the varieties. Roadways were worked and seeded to winter rye.
