Dr. Randall Hartman, D.Min., M.Div., is a Baby Boomer riding the wave of transition from a long established career to an encore career. After serving 30 years as a successful minister he resigned and became nationally trained to lead churches through transition. Dr. Hartman started his own blog to assist other Boomers in transition.
