Overview

Who Kills the Change in families, teams, and organisations? What makes it difficult to change and compromise what we want to do and achieve? Wanting Change yet Killing It, tells a fictitious story of a club that did not change, did not adapt, neither improved nor showed any progress. They could not recover the glory of other times, the large investments, or the satisfaction of their fans. Their obstacles were many and people were unhappy. Some withdrew from the Club, while others expressed aggression and violence. Recognizing that someone had killed the change at the Club, the president looked for the criminal . For that, he called the police, and the Criminal Investigation Brigade, against Crimes in Organisations. Detective Peter Colombo responded and from there, his research revealed 25 suspects of being the killers of the change in the Club. In each story, President Mark Angie is surprised, as the suspects discovered were so different from what he had expected. This history of crystallization of innovation and creativity and the harassment of the guilty takes place in a club, but it could happen in a family, in a school, in a hospital, or in any public or private organisation. In Wanting Change yet Killing It parents, teachers, employees, and leaders will meet several suspects of killing the change, and develop strategies to arrest these suspects and release the energy of change of these resistances. What were the mysteries and suspects that Detective Colombo discovered were killing the change at the Club and which surprised President Mark Angie?
