LOREN D. ESTLEMAN has written six previous Valentino film murder mysteries, and more than eighty books all told, including the Amos Walker, Page Murdock, and Peter Macklin series. Winner of four Shamus Awards, five Spur Awards, and three Western Heritage Awards, he lives in Central Michigan.
