Overview

Utah girl is in a dysfunctional marriage. She's had a history of affairs. She has six kids all by presumably the same father. By all eyewitness accounts, she's a babe. At age forty-three, she's setting ultra-marathon course records that may last a generation or two. She's adored in her Utah mountain trail running community. Her competitors can't keep up with her. Will Utah girl's past catch up with her? Can anything jolt her out of achieving selfish objectives and make her be a better mom and wife? Is there a come to Jesus moment when Utah girl realizes she needs to focus on more than her next fling or her next awesome physical achievement? Or should Utah girl just be allowed to be Utah girl? She is, after all, incredibly awesome! What transpires is based on Buddy's fictional nightmare and it's painfully gut-wrenching because mental illness is involved. In his spare time, John enjoys knitting sweaters for rescue dogs. He lives in Woodstock, Illinois.
