Overview

"A Family cry for justice My family Fighting two giant-Goliaths This book recounts the enduring struggle my family has faced at hands of the British justice system and the government oppression, which has effectively imprisoned us, my family has been held captive for so long that the taste of freedom has become a distant memory. Despite numerous appeals to the Prime Minister's office, the Ministry of Justice, and various other governmental bodies, pleading for justice, for our freedom, and for the government to act justly and appropriately, in other words for government to do the right thing in the right way with proper intent, unfortunately our pleas have been met with nothing more than expressions of sympathy. Regrettably, such expressions, while acknowledging our situation, fails to be providing the freedom we seek. My family is on the brink of eviction from the home we've cherished for over 20 years. The dreams aspirations of our exceptionally gifted children to pursue their studies abroad and explore the world have been shattered. Additionally, my own project, a pioneering building component intended to make new dwellings more sustainable and technologically advanced, has been derailed. This innovation was designed not only to be environmentally friendly but also to equip each new home in the UK with the capability to prevent over 1.5 tonnes of CO2 from entering the atmosphere annually, while also enhancing fire resistance in both new and existing buildings. All these great innovations are facing uncertainty. Taking from the poor and giving to the already richAll my family's dreams were shattered, and huge debit imposed on us by British justice system in favour of a wealthy oligarch known for his greed, deceitful practices, and fraudulent activities. My family found itself entangled in a dual struggle, facing adversaries on two fronts. On one hand, we battled against a deceitful, greedy, and influential oligarch who made a ran with loan we took to buy their franchise business, which turn out to be fraud, while on the other hand, we fought against the British justice system who didn't believe a black family can be wholly innocent. As such the British justice system kept a constant blind eye on due process as a result the outcome were catastrophic. As expressions goes ""Faulty process shows in the quality of the products they yield"" The due process was faulty and inadequate as such couldn't yield to any justice. The whole due process was an abuse of legal process and a perversion of rule of law which opened an escape route for the three influential oligarchs facing 30yrs behind bars. It hurts so bad to know we were stripped off our human dignity, our possessions, our dreams, our businesses, and our self-esteem by the very institution that was supposed to be our first line of protection and defence. The profound injustices inflicted upon my family continue to have lasting and negative impacts to this day. These actions were deliberately orchestrated to ensure a specific outcome. All of them were wrong. all of them were evil, all of them were oppression, all of them were economic injustices."
