Author Information

Rebecca Sacerdoti, Phd is a clinical psychologist who has experience working a variety of settings, including private practice, agency work and in schools. Her research experience stems from time spent working at the Department of Psychiatry at Stanford University. Currently, she has a private practice in San Francisco and she specializes in working with teens, adults and couples experiencing significant life changes. She sees psychotherapy as an opportunity to build inner balance, strength, and clarity in the face of the challenges that times of transition invite. Tasha Jackson Fitzgerald, MA is a marriage family therapist who works in private practice. She is interested in helping people take a journey within themselves by learning from their relationships. Tasha has been influenced by her MA in Counseling Psychology, specialized training in DBT, which is a combination of Zen philosophy and Western thinking.
