I enjoy reading every page of this book. I am enjoying aha! and yes! experiences as I take part in what is being communicated. As if something dormant in me has awakened. The content is a wonderful mix of, among other things, classical psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, Byron Katie's The Work and a lot of psychosynthesis. What psychosynthesis has in common with Unpack Your Existence is several psychological models of how we humans can function. The most interesting, in my opinion, is that we are also part of something bigger. And that life is magical. These authors convey this in a concrete and clear way without frills. There are good exercises that are easy to absorb and inspire me as a therapist. With subtle humor and seriousness, appropriate quotes and sayings are delivered in each chapter. It becomes an extra spice that makes me sometimes smile, even laugh at myself.
