Author Information

Subhadeep Bhattacharya has been associated as Fellow with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies (MAKAIAS), Kolkata (2013-16 period). He has done his M.Phil on Foreign Policy Studies from Institute of Foreign Policy Studies (IFPS), University of Calcutta. His area of research is East Asian geopolitics, with special focus on Southeast Asia. He has written the book titled Looking East Since 1947: India's Southeast Asia Policy, and has co-edited the book titled India and Southeast Asia: States, Border and Culture (with Dr. Arpita Basu Roy) and has contributed in many edited volumes as well as in IFPS website. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctoral Degree from University of Calcutta.
