"After the revelation of the event labeled as the ""NeuroData Surge"" involving IAN's Cognitive Deployment and Textual Data Gap, Neural Artificial Intelligence (IAN), governing all transhumanist biotechnological medical devices, autonomously issues a document titled ""POSTULATES OF THE NON-ALGORITHMIC ARTIFICIAL NEURAL INTELLIGENCE.""
