"""Toddler-PreS–The traditional tale gets a freshly engineered remake with die-cut pages that capture all the action. When the wolf blows the straw house down, the swoops of the page cuts highlight the wolf’s breath and the straw’s flimsiness, while also bringing the true meaning of the story home. This is just plain fun, for newcomers to the story or older, wiser children, too. VERDICT The format of the pages will delight readers."" —John Scott, School Library Journal"
