HEATH DANIELS is a semi-retired professor and consultant for international activities. He was born and grew up in the U.S. where he worked for many years, moving often to different locations. He now lives part-time in the U.S. and part-time abroad; mostly in the U.S. His work allows him to travel extensively. In the process, he has developed a large network of colleagues and friends who have contributed directly and indirectly to the knowledge he has brought into this book.
