This book holds the thoughts and memories of Licia Borgioli, a woman in her seventies with many stories to tell. Indeed, she has lived through Italy's post-war period, economic boom and most recent history. Licia wrote these poems in her old age, in those rare moments when her physical suffering allowed her to. Despite the limited access she had to public education, Licia has always been particularly sensitive and aware of her surroundings.
