Diane Hamby has been writing as a hobby for many years. She ran for Congress in the NC5th District in 2008, she lost the race by 477 votes out of 80,000 cast. She has been very active in all levels of politics and uses her extensive experience to write a book that easily explains why we have this great recession. Diane and her husband live in Statesville, North Carolina and own a successful contracting business.
