Frédéric Encel holds an HDR doctorate in geopolitics from the French Institute of Geopolitics at the University of Paris-VIII, and is a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris and a professor at the Paris School of Business. Founder of the International Geopolitical Meetings of Trouville-sur-Mer, frequently solicited by the media, companies, and public institutions, he is a member of the editorial board of Hérodote and Revue Défense Nationale, and winner of the 2022 Geopolitical Book Prize as well as the 2023 Édouard-Bonnefous Prize of the Académie des Sciences Morales et Politiques for Les Voies de la puissance (Odile Jacob, 2022). Frédéric Encel est docteur HDR en géopolitique de l'Institut français de géopolitique de l'université Paris-VIII, maître de conférences à Sciences Po Paris et professeur à la Paris School of Business. Fondateur des Rencontres internationales géopolitiques de Trouville-sur-Mer, fréquemment sollicité par les médias, les entreprises et les institutions publiques, il est membre du comité de rédaction de Hérodote et de Défense nationale, et lauréat du prix du Livre géopolitique 2022 ainsi que du prix Édouard-Bonnefous de l'Académie des sciences morales et politiques 2023 pour Les Voies de la puissance (Odile Jacob, 2022).
