What a great read, with stories ranging from WW2 to OIF/OEF, this book puts you in the shoes of real people, fighting for your freedom, well done! Wonderfully done, important stories from patriots. Thanks for doing this! I look forward to many more - love the approach and the book! Great read, puts you right there with the veterans as they recount their stories. The stories in this book, flow naturally. They are personally related tales shared over a drink(s) and clearly feel like you are just sitting at a VFW, sharing some peanuts or fries and catching up with a friend or sitting in a VA waiting room over an O2 tank and some coffee. There are no earth shattering revelations or bodice ripping adventures, just stories that tell the viewpoint of someone that served. Great book with great stories! Thanks for capturing these great stories from the veterans so they aren't lost to history. Highly recommend, a must read, I can't wait for Volume II.
