Author Information

Charles Ero Masalin is a voice of experience in the world of business. Commissioned in the U.S. Navy in 1955, he worked as an engineer for destroyers, Project Manager for nuclear attack submarines, and held the prestigious title as Aide to multiple Admirals. He graduated with his B.S. in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, received a Masters from MIT in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, and a professional degree of Naval Engineer. He completed graduate work from Harvard Business School. After military life, Charles went on to achieve various CEO positions, including a thriving Christmas tree and blueberry farm. Charles, and his wife, Cynthia, have four grown children and ten grandchildren.
