Author Information

William A. Cohen, PhD, Major General USAF, Ret. has seen combat in both the American and Israeli Air Forces. He has also been in leadership positions for many business and other organizations from university department chair and institute director to company president. A former president of the West Point Society of Los Angeles, he is the author of more than 50 books on business and leadership topics published in 23 languages. He is Founding President and President Emeriti of the accredited nonprofit graduate school, the California Institute of Advanced Management and currently president of the Institute of Leader Arts which conducts leadership training internationally.
