One day she decided to take charge of her life and change it. Now, through her guides, she is changing millions of others'. The author of the best-seller Anti-Inflammatory Diet For Women Over 50 has been living this lifestyle since 2002. This shift allowed her to lose over 80 lbs. Nieve graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach Training Program.
