"I purchased this book today and can't stop reading (well, had to pause to post!). I love how relatable it is, and the logic behind why companies are in their present state and what can be done is spot on. If you are in a position of leadership or just want to better understand the evolution of the workplace in a way no one has delivered before, this is a must-read. -Amanda Grether There is a wave of Speakers discussing Engagement who are very good at what they do but haven't done thousands of hours in the workplace in HR, interviewing executives, as well as made a living as a Piano Bar performer, until you meet Greg Offner. His story is fascinating, heartbreaking, and in progression, a wonderful resolution to bring a Tip Jar Culture to a workplace sorely in need of it. I love the examples, I laughed out loud, as well as made me think about how I can apply these principles to what I teach in my position at work and apply to leadership. Greg knows his stuff, he's a pro, and I believe this language he has implemented in a great book will be an easy and obvious way for workers and leader to reference engagement in the workplace from here on out. Do we have a Tip Jar Culture? That's an important question to ask.
