Denis Cenușă is Associated Expert at Expert-Grup, a think tank in Chisinau, and Researcher Scholar at the Justus-Liebig University, Giessen. Tamara Kovziridze is Co-founder and Senior Director of the Reformatics consulting company in Tbilisi, and former deputy minister in the Government of Georgia.
