Author Information

Remy Herrera is an economist and researcher at the National Centre for Scientific Research at the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne. He is the co-author of The Struggle for Food Sovereignty (Pluto, 2015). Kin Chi Lau is assistant Professor in the Department of Cultural Studies at Lingnan University in Hong Kong. She is the co-author of The Struggle for Food Sovereignty (Pluto, 2015).
