OverviewHolland Raulston Jr. was born on September 20, 1954, to his parents, Lucille Raulston and Holland Wingard. He attended Dunleith Elementary, Colwyck Junior High, and De La Warr High School.Holland also pursued studies in psychology (Ohio State University) and labor studies (CNYU). He has received numerous certificates and several certifications in the construction industry. Additionally, Holland conducts Eastside Pride Recovery Meetings (an addiction recovery group) weekly. His various experiences as a longshoreman, drug counselor, and union organizer have inspired him to write this book.
