Atkinson, the Chairman, stated that the Committee had performed the duty assigned them, that they had, had a large number of their report printed and placed in the hands of the Secretary for distribution among the members, and moved, in order to afford time for' the examination of the report, that when the Society adjourns, it adjourn to meet in this place to-morrow morning, at 9 o'clock, to receive and act upon the __report. Mr. C. C. Lee moved as a substitute that the subject be laid upon the table until after the delivery of the annual address, which was adopted.
