Overview

"The Silk Road provides a depth of wisdom in bridging gaps between the major religions and philosophies of both Eastern and Western cultures. It recognizes strong ties between the teachings of Christianity and Chinese philosophy, reducing significant differences to some fundamentals that share common values. The Silk Road is the culmination of a lifetime journey of discovery and is a logical, profound sequel to the author's first book ""A New Perspective on the Dao De Jing"", written to enable Western-educated readers ""to realize the depth and prophetic tenor of the words of the philosopher Lao Zi""."
