Overview

In Beijing, the generals are meeting again. The Chinese president is present at this time. The effects of the release of the Virus are far-reaching, and the generals who were initially against the war point out that it will get out of hand from the signs they're witnessing. The pro-war generals counter the query and ask if the Americans are the worst hit or not. The meeting ends in a stalemate after the prowar generals assure the President that they are safe from the Virus and all they would experience if it hit them were sniffles. Maya wonders how to get in touch with Anna. She shares some information to see how far she could trust the agent. The rules regarding restriction of movement are becoming tighter in a bid to reduce the spread and the rising death toll. Maya examines the files again. There's not enough information for Maya to go on with. Anna contacts her through text. And they meet in Anna's car the following day. Anna tells her of the Virus.
