Overview

Capturing history was Jonathan Alpeyrie's job, but he never expected to become a news story himself. Jonathan Alpeyrie was born in Paris but moved to the United States when he was fourteen-years-old. His photography career stretches over a decade and has taken him to over twenty-five countries. His work has been featured widely, from the New York Times to the BBC. Now a staff photographer for Polaris Images, he also has been working as a fashion photographer with Elle and various local designers. He lives in New York City. Bonnie Timmermann, the producer of the film based on Captured by History, is a legendary casting director who has launched numerous careers in Hollywood. She began her career with Manhattan's Phoenix Repertory Company in the 1970s. She lives in New York City. Qarie Marshall has narrated over thirty series for the Discovery Channel and the BBC. In addition to that, he was a guest voice on Comedy Central's Drawn Together, and he has done voice-work for BBC radio plays, the in-flight programming for Virgin Atlantic Airlines, and for over eighty video games for the PlayStation and Xbox. In 2007, he was made an Associate Artist of The Purple Rose Theatre.
