Helen Sanderson is the founder and creative director of Ministry of Calm. She is a space therapist, interior designer, professional organiser, author and public speaker. With her background in psychotherapy, she's an expert in the psychology of space and the design of quiet rooms and wellbeing environments. Helen speaks regularly at events such as Ideal Home, Mind Body Spirit, Grand Designs Live and 100% Design.
