He strongly supports amending the Constitution to prevent the Supreme Court of the United States from further bastardizing the Constitution the founders gave us. The Court is continuing to substitute its own ""Living Constitution,"" which is anathema to the Rule of Law we claim to follow. Law Students rarely read the actual Constitution any more-they are taught that the ""Constitution"" is the body of case law and Supreme Court opinions interpreting the Constitution.
