Joanna Gallant, PhD, is the vice president of jury research and trial services at Precision Trial Solutions, Inc. She has worked for the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, DOAR Litigation Consulting, and the Fordham University Interdisciplinary Law Clinic. Samuel H. Solomon, MBA, MS, is founder and chairman of DOAR Litigation Consulting. He is a former senior trial strategist on the World Trade Center Insurance Coverage Litigation, the New York Times Construction Litigation, and the WorldCom Underwriters Securities Litigation. He is the author of PowerPoint for Litigators and has been featured in the Temple Law Review. They both live in New York City. John P. Esser, JD, PhD, is a professor and chair of sociology at Wagner College. He has published articles in the Denver University Law Review and Law and Social Inquiry. He lives in Staten Island, New York.
