He has eight year of experience as an academician. He did his B. Tech. (Dairy Technology) from MAFSU, Nagpur followed by M. Tech. and Ph. D. (Dairy Microbiology) from the ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal (Haryana-132001), India. He has several peer reviewed national and international publications with good impact factors to his credit. He is actively involved in research on therapeutic benefits of probiotics and fermented milks.
