Author Information

John Hanna is a retired computer engineer that got the idea of alien AIs into his head and couldn't shake it loose. Meeting a real alien is statistically unlikely but the idea that someone could have been by this way in the previous billions of years is not so far fetched. When they did come by did they leave machines behind that could repair themselves and think? Of course they did, self building machines are free! After writing several hard science fictional books where the protagonist chases the robot (the robot doesn't care - doesn't care if it's found, doesn't care if it isn't found - doesn't care) the research of where it would be located and what it would be like coalesced. The research provides statistical proof that relics are strewn about the solar system like broken cars in a junkyard. John has written and presented several papers on the subject. Most of this book was presented at the World Space Conference of 2014. I found that other space agencies of the world are more receptive to the idea of relics.
